Acceptance

By using Piano Streak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Using Piano Streak

Piano Streak helps you track piano practice, pieces, streaks, reminders, Focus/App Lock sessions, and optional wrap-up recordings.

You are responsible for the information, notes, recordings, and settings you add. Use the app only in lawful ways and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to access parts of the app you are not authorized to use.

Your Content

You own the practice data you add to Piano Streak, including piece details, goals, notes, session history, and recordings.

You give Piano Streak permission to store, sync, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the app features you use.

Do not add content that violates someone else's rights or that you do not have permission to use.

Scans and Suggestions

If you scan a piece cover, title page, or related image, Piano Streak may read visible text to suggest piece details.

Suggestions may be incomplete or wrong, so you should review them before saving. Piano Streak is a practice tool and does not replace a music teacher, medical advice, or professional instruction.

Purchases and Pro Access

Some features require Pro access. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system and your Apple account.

If a purchase cannot be verified or expires, Pro features may become unavailable. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Availability

We try to keep Piano Streak useful and reliable, but the app may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed from time to time.

Features that depend on device permissions, network access, or system settings may not work if those permissions or settings are disabled.

No Guarantees

Piano Streak is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific practice results, error-free suggestions, or that the app will meet every need.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Piano Streak at any time. We may suspend or limit access if we believe the app is being misused, these Terms are violated, or doing so is necessary to protect users or the app.

Changes

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
